GoHighLevel migrations, rebuilds and customization

Bring your contacts, pipelines and follow-up into GoHighLevel, rebuild an account that has grown hard to manage, or change how the platform looks and behaves when its settings stop short.

Who it helps

  • Business owners who run their sales and follow-up in HighLevel, or are about to, and want it to match how the business actually works.
  • Agencies and white-label operators who manage several sub-accounts and need consistent setups or interface changes across them. You get the same direct working style.

Problems this addresses

  • An account that grew over time: overlapping workflows, unclear pipelines, and nobody sure what still runs.
  • A move from another CRM or funnel tool where contacts, deal stages and follow-up logic must arrive intact.
  • Interface details that do not suit your clients or staff, such as language, labels or a missing control.
  • Automations that misfire, or need a tool HighLevel does not connect to on its own.

What an engagement may include

  • Review of the current account structure: pipelines, custom fields, tags, calendars, forms, funnels and workflows.
  • A migration plan that separates what can be imported from what has to be rebuilt by hand.
  • Rebuilding workflows and funnels so the logic is readable and named consistently.
  • Rolling a setup out across sub-accounts, for example for a white-label agency.
  • Scoped custom JavaScript and CSS for interface changes the platform does not offer.
  • Connections to other tools through webhooks, using n8n when a workflow needs more than HighLevel provides.
  • Written notes on what was changed, so it can be found and adjusted later.

Examples of what is in scope

These describe the kind of work I do. They are not client case studies.

  • Language switching per sub-account

Custom JavaScript can translate chosen parts of the HighLevel interface for a given sub-account. Coverage depends on which screens and elements are targeted. It is not native, platform-wide localization, and a platform update can require an adjustment. Those limits are stated in the scope before work begins.

  • Consolidating a crowded workflow list

Merging duplicate workflows, renaming them consistently and removing branches that no longer run, with a short record of what changed.

  • Moving a pipeline from another CRM

Mapping deal stages and fields, importing what the platform accepts, and rebuilding the follow-up rules that cannot be imported.

What I need to assess it

  • Which platform you are on today, and what you want HighLevel to do that it does not do now.
  • Roughly how many sub-accounts, users, pipelines, workflows and funnels are involved.
  • What must not break during the change, and any date it has to be finished by.
  • Screenshots or a short walkthrough of the parts that are wrong.
  • Account access only after we agree to work together, granted through a secure method. Do not email passwords.

How delivery and support are agreed

  • Scope first. Before work starts I write down what is included, what is not, and what I need from you.
  • Work comes as a one-time fix, a complete build, or agreed ongoing maintenance. Support terms are set per engagement and stated in writing, never assumed.
  • Custom JavaScript depends on the platform front end, which HighLevel can change. If that is part of your setup, we agree up front how later breakage is handled.

Next step: send a short brief

Send a short brief describing your platform, the problem and the outcome you want. I reply personally, and we agree the scope before any work begins.
