Who handles your information

Fork Guy is operated by Saif. For questions about your information, contact [email protected].

Project inquiries and correspondence

When you send a project brief, we save the contact details and project information you provide so we can review your request and respond. This can include your name, email, website, service needs, budget, timing and referral information. Please do not include passwords, access tokens or other secrets in the form.

Inquiries and correspondence are available to authorized team members. Our hosting, email and backup providers process information needed to operate these services. Email delivery uses Brevo; correspondence may also be handled through Gmail. Encrypted backups are stored in Google Drive. Infrastructure providers may process connection information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security.

Team accounts and sign-in

The workspace is for authorized Fork Guy team members. It uses cookies to maintain signed-in sessions. If you choose Google or GitHub sign-in, that provider authenticates you on its own website. We use the verified email and account identifier it supplies to match an existing Fork Guy account. Fork Guy does not receive your Google or GitHub password through this sign-in process. The provider also applies its own privacy policy.

Website preferences and analytics

Your browser can remember your light or dark theme preference. Where our optional self-hosted analytics is enabled, it measures public page visits and successful inquiry submissions. Its events exclude form contents, names, emails and private workspace routes, and remove query strings and fragments from page URLs. The analytics code respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

The project-brief form also remembers how your visit started within the current browser tab, including the landing page, referring website and campaign labels. These details accompany a submitted inquiry to help us understand how you found Fork Guy.

Links to social networks and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Questions, corrections and deletion

Contact us to ask what information we hold about your inquiry or account, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. We will explain any information that needs to be retained; backup copies may remain until the relevant backup is replaced or expires.
